We're proud to recognize our JCS students chosen to participate in the West Virginia All-State Children's Chorus! Nine students from North Jefferson Elementary, Shepherdstown Elementary, and Wright Denny Intermediate were among the 153 students statewide selected to perform at the 2022 West Virginia Music Educators Conference in Charleston on March 4. The performance included selections in English, Hebrew, and German.
North Jefferson Elementary attendees were Harley Carpenter, Lucy Mitchell, and Aiden Ryder, under the direction of Katie Madrid.
Shepherdstown Elementary attendees were Olivia Fultz, Rylin Shepard, and Lily Wilson, under the direction of Amanda Licea.
Wright Denny Intermediate attendees were Francesca Cerasoli, Estella Indomenico, and Harper Valasek, under the direction of Lindsay Dove.
